Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer refunds or exchanges in accordance with the policy outlined below.


Return & Refund Period

All orders are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of successful delivery.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged

  • All original tags and labels must remain attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Please contact our support team before returning any items to receive the correct return address. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


How to Request a Refund or Exchange

To begin the process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us
    Email customer@nexarge.com to request return or exchange instructions.

  2. Repackage & Ship
    Carefully pack the item according to our instructions and ship it to the provided return address.

  3. Inspection & Processing
    Once your return is received and inspected:

    • Refunds:
      Issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.
      Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the transaction.

    • Exchanges:
      Approved replacement items will be shipped within 3 business days.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipment:
    Orders may be canceled by contacting us via email. Please note that orders are processed quickly and may ship within a few hours.

  • After Shipment:
    Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may request a return after the item has been delivered.


If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
